In these Terms of Use, "We," "Our," and "Us" refer to the Application, while "You," "Your," "Yourself," and "User" refer to individuals (both natural and legal) who use the product provided by us and are legally able to enter into binding contracts according to the law.

General Terms of Use for Voyance

Accepatance : Use of the medical device is subject to these terms and conditions.

Proper Use : The device must be used only as instructed.

Personal Use Only : The device is for personal use, not commercial use.

Disclaimer : The device is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Safety : Do not use the device if incorrect readings could cause harm or injury.

Maintenance : Follow the recommended maintenance schedule to ensure proper functioning.

Warranty : The device is covered by a warranty as specified by us.

Liability : We are not liable for any injury or damage caused by incorrect usage.

Compliance : Use of the device must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Our Plans

About Subscription : We offer various subscription plans with different features and durations. Details of each plan, including pricing and billing cycles, are available within the app.

Billing : Payment will be charged to the payment method provided through Razorpay at confirmation of purchase.

Downgrading and Upgrading : You can manage your subscription, including downgrading or upgrading plans, through the app’s settings.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period.

Sales and Distribution

Sales through Distributors : Voyance ECG devices are sold exclusively through authorized distributors. Direct sales or sales through our website are not available.

Warranty and Support : For warranty claims and customer support related to device purchases, please contact our authorized distributor.

Replacement Policy

Description Accuracy and Variation : Despite efforts for accuracy, variations between displayed and delivered products may occur.

Replacement Window : Products eligible for replacement within 24 hours of receipt. Initiate replacement via email to sales@voyanceecg.com with order details and issue images.

Eligibility for Replacement : Products eligible if missing parts, defective, different from description, or incorrect quantity.

Conditions for Replacement : Replacement will only be processed if

• The product was not damaged while in your possession.
• The returned product matches the shipped product.
• The product is returned in its original condition with the brand's/manufacturer's box, intact MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories, and has not been used or consumed.

Packing Instructions : Pack as instructed by Voyance ECG; incorrect packing may lead to rejection.

Quality Check : Voyance ECG conducts quality checks on returned products.

Final Decision : All replacement requests' decisions are final and binding. Users agree not to dispute these decisions.

Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that using this device is done at your own risk and with your best judgment. The information, resources, and activities obtained from the device do not create any warranty, and we will not be liable for any resulting liabilities. In addition, we do not guarantee that the device will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any associated risks with the device's use are solely the user's responsibility. This disclaimer will continue to apply even after the termination or expiration of the terms of use and/or privacy policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to unilaterally terminate your access to the device or application, in its sole discretion, at any time without notice or cause. We also reserve the right to deny access to you for the protection of the device and/or other users. We may limit or change access to the device features for different users without notice. You will continue to be bound by these terms and will not have the right to terminate them until they expire.

Changes to Terms

Voyance ECG reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
